Customized Project Management Workshop: Delivered as either a 3-day or a 2-day course, it prepares participants to manage a program, project, or subproject. It provides all the tools necessary to define, plan, organize, control, and close projects efficiently and effectively. The sessions include instruction in risk management and change management.

Customized Introduction to Project Management: This 1-day course covers the basics of the project management process and prepares participants for a role as task owner, team member, or support staff.
