Scope
The 1-day Introduction to Project Management course develops awareness and understanding of project management. It includes specific skills development to prepare participants for a contributing project role. The target audience includes team members and support staff.

Subgroup teams create simple plans for several of your small projects or tasks. This course includes most of the topics in the 2-day and 3-day workshops. With your input, topics are selected to meet your needs and preferences. The size of the in-class projects and the amount of detail are optimized for the 1-day duration.
